With My Transport Planner, you are able to set this up on a self-service basis, with a little help from our How it Works guide, plus support from our expert team as required. For technical support, we provide a priority ticketed support service, supplemented with a call-back request facility if you would prefer to talk to us. This is available Monday to Friday, between 0830 and 1730.

If you prefer My Transport Planner Pro, talk to us and we will answer your questions, help you with set-up and even arrange a visit to demonstrate our technology and discuss your requirements. We offer extended customer support for this option, including a 24/7 package. We can also provide you with mobile technology, including vehicle defect checks, signature capture and integrated truck navigation with hardware provision, in conjunction with our trusted partners.
